About
Jerry Lemay

Jerry’s relationship with wood began as a young boy growing up on a farm, spending his days in his father’s woodshop, building, fixing, and learning the craft from the ground up. From fences and decks to pergolas, custom exterior millwork, and structural framing, whatever Jerry could lay his hands on, it was clear that working with wood was simply in his blood.

As a carpenter by trade, Jerry has spent decades honing his skills across a wide range of projects, both on the job and off. That same hands-on dedication that started in his father’s woodshop has carried through every phase of his career.

Whether building something entirely new or restoring what time and weather have worn down, he brings the same unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship to every single project he takes on.

Jerry also believes that great exterior carpentry starts with doing things the right way, and that includes being mindful of the materials used and the impact they leave behind. Sustainability matters, a value instilled in him as a young boy on that farm that continues to guide his work today.

He has made it a priority to source materials responsibly, working alongside like-minded individuals who share his commitment to lessening the environmental footprint without compromising on beauty or durability. The result is exterior work that is built to last, built with integrity, and built with pride.

As a humanitarian at large, Jerry has been consistently active in his community for many years. He has donated his time and skills to help build a canoe for a community project for a children’s camp. He has also dedicated his time as a member of a bird club, helping to repopulate two species of Lorikeets in Australia that were going extinct due to agricultural poisoning. It doesn’t stop there! Jerry was pivotal in creating a better formula for baby birds to grow stronger naturally, then donating that formula to a company who could produce it at a reasonable cost and get it out to the bird breeding community. For Jerry, it’s about helping where it is needed. This is all in addition to being an amazing husband (now you know who wrote this!) and an awesome father to an equally awesome son.

His passion for working with the natural beauty of wood to create bespoke, hand-crafted furniture and more, combined with his artistic nature, results in stunning, one of a kind, custom furniture. These pieces are true works of art, all while maintaining the ultimate goal of providing these pieces in a way that is affordable for everyone.
